Fraud and Malpractice
Danmadu Oil and Gas operate an anti-malpractice policy that encourages its employees to help tackle fraud, malpractice and corruption. We are determined to maintain its reputation as an organization that will not tolerate fraud and corruption wherever it may be found in any area of the organization’s operations.
The managing director is a minister of the law and therefore in the event where an employee is found guilty of an act of fraud, malpractice and corruption the organization’s disciplinary action will be invoked and if the employee is found guilty he or she will be handed over to the police. We also expect that those we deal with act with integrity and Danmadu will inform its suppliers and service providers of the consequences of fraud, bribery and corruption as evidence of these acts may lead to termination of the contract and prosecution.
